my latency is like 14ms, fps is fine, no packet loss, but when i do anything it still looks laggy and stuttery. it’s also the £9.99 one if relevant. 5ghz wifi, havent tried on other devices yet. happens no matter what im doing. connecting from the uk

What is it you're trying to do on Shadow when this issue happens? Are you trying to run a program or other software? The Essentials tier isn't meant to do anything except allow you to run apps like Microsoft office or browse the web.

literally anything, i just launch it and anything i do it looks laggy and choppy. like opening a browser etc but the stats show its fine
