Define “don’t work”
I get a error when i want to start it on my PC and when i start it on my mobile i got my old one
What error? also Upgrading from what to what? Did you shutdown after you issued the upgrade and also did you get email confirmation of the upgrade? Might have to contact support.
@old topaz yes i did, I upgraded to expert from power
Ah okay. Might have to open a ticket with support, but in the mean time issue another shutdown and leave it for 20mins.
