#Shadow is not working

Good Afternoon,
I’ve subscribed to Shadow Ultimat 9 days ago and it is still not working.
I can’t start the launcher, it don’t work at all and tell me abour error 104.
I’ve been in touch with the Shadow help center through mails and I sent them my logs twice but it isn’t working yet.

Please help me so I finally can use my Shadow and play !

L:104 has 3 potential solutions - As community assistance we can only give you what you've already been told.. Display Safe mode, Force IPv4 and Reset Shadow App Settings. Which would be listed on the help article...
As you've been in touch with support already you will need to continue to communicate with them, reply to your last email from them saying that you're still experiencing this error.
