i have restarted my headset and pc and i cant connect with virtual desktop but then when i used to have a pc it used to connect perfectly

Is the allow remote connections box ticked on the VD streamer on Shadow?

on my headset it doesnt say anything wrong it just measures bandwith and then wont connect without informing me
