#US - East Coast Shadow Cloud Sharply Increased Latency

Good Morning,

In the past few days I've noticed my latency when connecting to my Shadow Cloud has increased SHARPLY.

Running the PingPlotter shows I'm somehow being routed to Frankfurt Germany?!

Screenshot attached - I'm assuming based on other threads I've seen that this is an ISP issue:

  1. Is there any action I need to take, like contacting my ISP?
  2. Historically, do we know how long something like this might take to be resolved?

I would contact Shadow support, quite a few reporting weird routing with USA ISPs. This'll be the 3rd or 4th different ISP.
