just wondering if this is still valid or if there's any reason in particular for my problem. i have not subscribed to the power plan prior to this, and my roommate who hasn't used shadow at all is experiencing the same issue. with how steep of a discount this is, it's really inconvenient for the both of us that it isn't working. any help appreciated, thanks

another canadian seemingly had the same issue as me. not sure how to go about this, can't afford the full price and i would like to avoid checking out if it will just remove itself as soon as i do get the promo "working". should i just wait until there's info on if this gets resolved?
Since this is technically related to billing, you're better off asking the question to Support to be honest. I haven't been told the code isn't working anymore, but the more users that report the issue the better chance we have at diagnosing it.
