Can you play a game for 10 mins on your shadow, then share a screenshot of the quickmenu statistic filtered on 10 mins.
Can you also provide :

  • Your ISP name
  • Your datacenter (can be found on the launcher, help panel full bottom)
  • Your country - region

But first, you should maybe try to reboot your modem/router and see if it is better
