there should be no difference if you are using the same home network / appliance, contact shadow support so they can check your logs

Shadow is perfectly playable in 2.4GHz Wifi or you could play wired in ethernet, we can't help more here if official support can't help you diagnose the issue
Apart this, we ( as users like you ) can't help you much more. You're even in unsupported Country.

Try to contact support they help me with the same issue i they fix it, They will tell you what to do and what to configure your router and its probably the region bit don't worry about it if the shadow loads on 2.0Ghz connection Try using shadow on that frequency
Ok, so, you need to contact Shadow Support, by telling everything.
But ofc they can refuse to help with networking issues being that your in unsupported region. But as Alex said ..

I'd personally just cancel it.. Can't imagine a great experience at that distance.
