You have unallocated space. You should be able to right click your C partition down below and extend that volume

Any idea btw why Shadow won’t load on Vision Pro but works great on iPad? Gets stuck on starting stream but I’ve seen reports of others using it fine

No idea honestly. Would take Shadow investing time and money into an expensive niche device.
