I’ve literally just bought this and it won’t let me log in, says connection issues but my internet is running perfectly

Okay, so follow the steps on the article. It’s most likely clock resync that will solve it.

Unless ofc your shadow hasn’t activated yet.

Well you mentioned you’ve just bought shadow. Have you received the email that it is activated and ready to use? As this is another thing that can cause it, if you have, then try step 5 as that’s the most common cause.
