Well you mentioned you’ve just bought shadow. Have you received the email that it is activated and ready to use? As this is another thing that can cause it, if you have, then try step 5 as that’s the most common cause.
Then I guess try the others.

Might also need to open a ticket with support, they’ll ofc send you that article so mention everything you’ve tried.
