The "visit help centre" link has troubleshooting for the error code. For this one L104 with video session.. Go to the help panel and click Display Safe mode. this should load into your Shadow, then restart the windows. Should then be okay, if issue persists, contact support.

No need to send twice. You’ll need to contact support with the logs. As the bottom part of the article says. Hopefully gets sorted soon 👍🏻
Also forcing IPV4 may help.
