it doesn’t show the headphones, it’ll say external microphone or some
so it would show it in the shadow menu tho if you click the icon and see microphone

did you check the sound control panel or the settings?
the sound control panel would say that
on your local device go to the sound control panel, and make your microphone whichever you want to use; the default device
then restart your shadow pc see if it changed the outcome
the things is tho, it’ll usually auto register as your default mic
like if you use a headset/with a mic and a solo mic, it would usually register the mic instead of the headset/with a mic
