Hello I have been having this issue for 2 - 3 days now. When I try and boot up my shadow from any device this infinite update screen comes up I have tried all the known methods of fixing this issue "restarting it from a web browser" "quickly opening the launcher and hitting shut off shadow" and NOTHING has worked I have contacted shadow Support the tried to reset my c: drive that didn't work I'm on my last hope now any advice would be Hella appreciated ^_^

For clarification I HAVE TRIED TO LOG ON USING ALL POSSIBLE DEVICES AND NOTHING CHANGED same screen same error same everything so I'm assuming this is not an issue on my hand
Oh another thing to note after being on this screen for more than like 20 min the shadow just shuts off and send me back to the opening launcher menu

Open a support ticket, there are not support members on Discord.
Please read my description properly I have already done that and they couldn't fix it they said they will bring it up to the engineering team it has been 2 days since I last talked to them lol

mine is doing the same but with an update. I contacted support 2 times they did maintenance but nothing happened. I think your best bet will be to factory reset your shadow. If you want all your files and stuff they said to contact shadow support via email and they can get it for you.
I confirm, I had the same problem, I did the Shadow reset and now it's perfect again

Support will re-answer starting from tomorrow. They don't work on weekends anymore unfortunately.
Are internal components, so if something went wrong, only Support can fix it.
We ( users ) can't do much.

Update it stopped the switching screen and now just stuck on shadow ready

Should not if you did a reset. Did you have a green message that the reset has started on your account from the webpage?
