Is it possible to download files from your shadow pc without being able to enter it? My shadow is currently not letting me access it because of a failure to download an update. I've already contacted support 2 times to fix the issue but it didn't. So I was wondering if it is possible to download files without being able to get into shadow.

You'll need wait support assistance i think, but for a tip in future try add a backup access, like another remote.. example anydesk you can access VM even if gpu or shadow service process isnt working normally.

Yeah, and for example in anydesk be sure add a password and unattended access with password to can connect to your VM without need press accept in VM interface. Just using password only you know.
