Hello! I cancelled my subscription yesterday because i dont need shadowpc anymore and now as a surprise moneys taken from my bank account and still shows my subscription even if i cancelled it yesterday allready! What is happening? Please give me moneys back as soon as possible. I cancelled it yesterday as i said and now lost all those moneys even if i dont need it. How can this be possible?

You need to cancel before the billing process starts as per ToS which is at least 48hours I believe.
They might be able to terminate it with immediate effect and refund. But that’s down to them to decide.

That would be awesome because i cancelled it on time and even had that cancell button there. I cant afford to lose that kind of money right now because i dont have any spare money and now its allready gone
