Try disable H.265 if it shown via settings -> video and display.

looks like your TV is not able to handle it, or at least the decoder is non existent or doesnt work properly

Also try to put a lower resoluton for your shadow app, like 1280x270.

Yeah, I'm betting on a decoding capability issue. Especially with R-300. Only information on resolution I can find on the thing is from some Romanian site that specifies 1366x768 resolution.

Disable first H.265 after try a lower resolution
