Is is okay to go with auto bandwidth option provided by shadow or use the custom bandwidth?

I get assigned to 50mbps with auto bandwidth

I am using Ethernet, I don’t get any problems but at some intervals I get some packets loss after 2-3 min when play games

And one more thing, even I set it to some value, sometimes it goes above with a lot of movements although we set the limit but still shadow uses more than allocated bandwidth, any fix?
