Constantly seeing this almost there and have sent logs to Shadow, not sure what whats going off, keep seeing screen view

Have you installed anything on your Shadow previous to this happening?

Also you say you sent logs, I assume you opened a ticket to go along with the logs code?

Not sure if i have opened a ticket, cant see a way of doing that, i just pressed on the send logs and got the code to send on this ?
