I have had issues for a while now getting my shadow to start. I have never had an issue until my subscription expired, and I had to renew it, I have had shadow since 2019. I have done everything that has been suggested. Uninstalled and reinstalled, used IPv4 connection, used safe display mode, turned off then back on, used a VPN, reset settings to default, etc. NOTHING is working. Is anyone else having this issue? If so, how did you fix it? I have also tried logging onto more than one device and the web browser and it still will not launch. It has to be an issue with my account and not my PC. It will not start period no matter what I do.

Note that the support team has also done maintenance more than once and I have also sent in my logs more than once.

you could try to "reset settings" in launcher advanced options and start in "Display Safe Mode" from Help pane
