I can’t connect to my PC from MacOS, iOS or web browser and can’t reset the pc from the website since it just says try again later or contact support.

I attached a picture which shows the pc active but won’t connect.

Please help me

For the reset issue, the Shadow needs to be off. As for the actual issue. Not sure.

I just reset it (500gb of games to redownload 🤣) and I’ll see if it connects this time

Would’ve been helpful if the website said the pc has to be off when you’re resetting

Yeah it would, rather than just saying there's an error.

If Games are installed on your D Drive (if you have one) they're safe

Sadly not but it doesn’t matter shadow has fast download speeds anyway, I’d rather reset it now than wait a day or two for support and them saying the same thing

Btw is there any way to get into bios on shadow?
