Yes, I contacted them 4 to 5 times.
And still hasent received any information back.
Thats what it says is connected.
And then on the shadows it says this 1 is connected
My mic connects when i disconnect from shadows but when i connect back to shadows it dont work.
You get no automated reply email that the ticket is opened?

Restarted Shadow PC after selected the Microphone

Well that's why you've not no response from Support if not getting confirmation that the ticket was opened.
Have you at any point changed email address for the Shadow account?
No, and i made sure the ticket was submitted.

You need to have it in windowed mode and screenshot from local
Okay cool, now in Sound Settings, Recording devices,Properties, Levels.
Go to the listen tab, and tick listen to device and apply.

So you ticked listen to device and it's silent?

Windows Settings, Privacy & Security , Microphone, is the Shadow App switched to on?
Is it listed? I have no idea if normal apps appear there or just MS store ones

SO when i first got shadows it was working then my shadows wouldnt log in so i hit reset settings and thats when the mic problem happended.'

Everything else is correct, there's no other reason why it wouldn't just work.
How would i find that out?
Via the Shadow quick menu, gives latency and packet loss
Okay so rather high with even higher spike, but not erratic.
If it's proper up and down it could be why. I have no idea if there's a minimum for microphones to work.
before you reset the app settings, did you use TCP ? As you mentioned is using UDP the issue.
I was on UDP and now it wont even let me load into UDP.
It only let me load into TCP.

Can you not use Discord on local ? Or are you using FiveM voip ?

Well you mention not being able to play FiveM.. Assuming you need comms.. How is this done when you play? In-Game or via discord?
