Hey, a few months ago I set a windows password because it said mine had expired, but now I cannot longer connect because I forgot it. How can I reset it?

Unfortunately you cannot unless already set something in place to be able to recover it, being that it’s an offline user. You will need to reset your shadow completely. If you need data off of the C Drive you’ll need to contact support for a link to download, they’ll answer earliest tomorrow.
