So I've been using shadow pc for a bit now and it's been amazing! But I got a new phone and tried using it but it kept tell me my PC was on a different network and refuses to let me use it :c not sure why it's saying that? Its connected to the same wifi I've used in the past and I just re bought it so I don't want my subscription to go to waste

If you are talking about VirtualDesktop, this message is normal
The fact that you can't connect is another issue, you may check in VR channels here for a workaround, a better fix by Shadow is coming in the coming weeks
