I have followed the troubleshooting steps after taking my own action such as resetting the ethernet including DNS flush. Reset network adaptors, updated windows and updated the Realtek driver.

Shadow not able to stream have tried in safety mode, starting in IP4 mode etc.

This is what I use for work and I have been offline since early afternoon. Need a fast resolution please

I believe the one thing you hadn't tried is the reset app settings.

Can also try issue Shadow shutdown, uninstall Shadow app, restart local machine, install from freshly downloaded installer. tick IPv4 and try again.

thanks Pip. I didn't restart after I had uninstalled and reinstalled, and also tried to run the official version not the Beta.

Will now try a full uninstall and reinstall

Ok. Full uninstall, restart, install did not work. Tried some truicks i found on Reddit. Nothing and finally tried launching Shadow from my phone and it failed. I now know its a server issue at least

ive thrown everything but the kitchen sink at my virgin broadband, and we know 9 times out of 10 its DNS but its running perfectly now and still no joy. Must be the server here.
