Laptop webcam use

My Shadow doesn’t seem to register that it has access to a camera, like I see microphones and speakers. Is there a way to install drivers?

Im not getting much help from Support as Im trying to explain to them its an in-built camera, not a USB add on. Im waiting for them to get back but perhaps someone here has a solution.

I use the Google Play app on Chromebook.

Built in cameras are not supported this way. It has to be via usb so can be used via usb forwarding. So will have to capture it another way. Another mod linked something the other day, I’ll try find it.
