Does it relate to the active incident?
Using Shadow Alpha for Mac m1, osx 14.1.1 (23B81).
Have tried everything I found there – browser version doesn't load, so I can't shut down the computer, any other versions of desktop nor mobile don't work either.
How I can solve the problem or it's impossible until the incident will be fixed?

You will need to contact Support so they see about shutting your shadow down.
