My mic is popping up on the shadow menu and i have it enable and i checked to see if its muted and its still not working i can hear things but i can not talk can i get some help?

Go to listen and tick listen to device, if don't hear yourself, restart the stream via the quick menu or hotkeys.

Was there more than one input device to choose from on the quick menu?

no i turned off any other input device so that my mic would be the only one

Hmm.. Check privacy settings for mic on local OS. Might need to allow it to be used.

Its working on my local, do you think suport would be able to fix it?

Not sure, as you've tried the other things which would be on the troubleshooting.. only thing left would be to restart the Shadow itself, not just the stream.
