As I was waiting for my Shadow PC to restart, I got to the “Starting Shadow” part and it’s just stuck there now. When I press the button, it shows me a screen with a small box displaying my Shadow lock screen. The time is going up so my Shadow PC is clearly started but it isn’t opening the stream window for it. It’s just stuck on this screen saying “We’re almost there! Your Shadow needs a little more time to get started. Please wait a moment.” :/

Give it up to 5 mins on this screen, if no luck. Go to the Help Panel, issue a shutdown, once it says Shadow is off, wait 5 mins and start again.
Yeah I’ve been waiting now for the past 5-10 mins.
I also already tried shutting down with the power button and waiting 10-15 minutes.
Still having this error
but
Before I even restarted my Shadow, I turned off all services except every Microsoft service as I was attempting to fix something inside of my Shadow. I am not sure if thats the reason why it isn’t starting the stream but hopefully that could be of assistance to helping me with this problem.

Does Shadow use a service inside to connect to the stream?

No game should require turning off services to get it working... What was it ?
You will need to reset your Shadow
Black Desert Online kept crashing as I tried opening it.

Does Black Desert even run on Shadow still..? Because I used to play it
on Shadow and it worked fine
but for some reason it crashes as soon as I run the launcher for the game
They said that it would help fix that issue
Thought it would be fine if I disabled everything but Microsoft services. Plus I was gonna just enable everything back if it didn’t solve my issue.

I didn’t have to. They performed maintenance on my Shadow and re-enabled them for me. I’ve also gone ahead and ensure that the services are enabled again.
