So you start it up and it just shuts down? What did you do last time you were on Shadow? Install/Uninstall anything?

Did you reset your Shadow windows via windows, or via your Shadow account - The method above? If you did it via windows, then this is why you cannot get on it.. You need to do so via your Shadow account. It takes about an hour to complete.

The error code is if the Shadow is on. So once you set it down. Issue reset again.
