#My Mouse Keeps Freezing?

Every time I log onto shadow and leave my mouse idle for about 5 minutes or less my mouse freezes in place but I can still click things its just the cursor doesn't move with it. I close the shadow window and relaunch it and it's fixed though. It does become annoying and I would like to know if there is a fix.

Seems like something support would need to look into, send logs via app launcher, open ticket, include the logs code and details of issue.

mouse model and brand ? you tried a cheap mouse instead ?

im using a red dragon mouse

and i honestly forgot what model it is

it does have alot of features like 12 buttons on the side, sensitivity adjustment and weights with a 3x click button

but last time i used shadow it never did something like whats happening right now

show quickmenu stats screenshot filtered on 10 minutes and at the same time open a support ticket

wifi is unreliable, could be also your ISP router or network... many things can affect shadow components

from one day to another without any visible changes

you may try fully wired just to see if you get same issue

Latency spikes won't help.. Especially up to 70ms. Also slight packet loss there.

But yeah, logs and ticket to support. So they can check what's happening on the client end.

and try to reboot everything in your network, your internet, wifi router, and try again, but testing with ethernet would be good too, especially when latency over 30ms and not perfectly stable

any fix for this i found going window mode works but window mode sucks

for me the cause is when i tab out to my actual pc then i restart shadow by closing it than re connect it works as long as its tabbed in
