i’m receiving an error code G-100 when trying to connect to my software. the internet connection is working and has full bars with 50mbps for the network.

what do i do to connect it?? i’ve restarted my computer multiple times. i’ve tried deleting it and reinstalling it but when i go on the internet to connect to my account, it times out and says to retry.

i’ve now downloaded the “new” edition and the beta edition and still no connection. then when i try to log in, the connection never goes through via web

which version should i have downloaded for a macbook??

and are there certain internet settings that’ll allow the pop up to go through??

Have you tried to issue a shutdown via the help panel, wait 10-15 mins then try again.

Deffo something up with your connection, did you restart your router/modem ?
