If your mobile doesn’t work on WiFi and only mobile data, it’s an ISP issue. Could resolve itself in due time. Who’s your isp?

yea its def an ISP issue they limited my speed to 5mbps for suspicious activity since they saw a sudden raise of data usage thats why shadow couldnt load i guess
