This has been crazy but I finally have fixed this with the help of MasterJack.
Step 1 - go to https://pc.shadow.tech/login - in your browser. When you are there - start your PC. You should be able to see your viewer on your screen in your browser
Step 2 - In your browser window - manually shut down your windows from there - (Windows Icon + Shut down) - then exit out of the browser.
Step 3 - Wait for 5 minutes to let the Shadow fully shut down.
Step 4 - Open the application (don't open your shadow yet) -> Immediately go to Advanced < Network < Enable option boot on ipv4 under network (Make sure this is ON it resets OFF every time)
Step 5 - Now open your shadow in the app and it should be good to go!

Let me know if you have any questions & we were able to do this without any mods. To be honest Shadow has disappointed me today and I have suffered extreme emotional distress due to their negligence. This isn't okay but at least we have found a solution. I extremely apologize if this has happened to you as well. I am here to help ♥
