#/Solution/ TO EVERYONE who can't start their Shadow!

This has been crazy but I finally have fixed this with the help of MasterJack.

Step 1 - go to https://pc.shadow.tech/login - in your browser. When you are there - start your PC. You should be able to see your viewer on your screen in your browser

Step 2 - In your browser window - manually shut down your windows from there - (Windows Icon + Shut down) - then exit out of the browser.

Step 3 - Wait for 5 minutes to let the Shadow fully shut down.

Step 4 - Open the application (don't open your shadow yet) -> Immediately go to Advanced < Network < Enable option boot on ipv4 under network (Make sure this is ON it resets OFF every time)

Step 5 - Now open your shadow in the app and it should be good to go!

Let me know if you have any questions & we were able to do this without any mods. To be honest Shadow has disappointed me today and I have suffered extreme emotional distress due to their negligence. This isn't okay but at least we have found a solution. I extremely apologize if this has happened to you as well. I am here to help ♥

I dont have the viewer on the web browser (tried differents browsers) 😢

just a black screen with the quick menu icon, I think my shadow is really broke 🙃

oh thats after you log in.. well not a expert but maybe the gpu driver isnt rendering idk if you dont have anything you care about losing i suppose you could always do a reset but id def try diff alteratives. Can you launch on another device perhaps? Mobile? Tablet?

I already succeed to make it work on web browser in the old days so I know it is supposed to work from my side. I tried mobile + other computers + web browser....
Anyway thanks for your help!
