can you guys please fix my latency it’s really bad. On my old shadow pc I have purchased before I have gotten 15 - 20ms latency now I’m getting 45ms latency. and please don’t tell me to check my internet connection because my internet is great.and I can’t even use Nvidia GeForce experience overlay or recording because it said it’s unsupported how it that possible I’m using a shadow power. and the in game performance don’t even good theres no way this is a 3070ti. Please stop giving people false information I can’t even run the game called the finals. It crashes before I even load in the game. And shadow power should be windows 11. How is mine windows 10 home. Please fix all these issues man

- How do you know your point of presence hasn't changed since you last purchased Shadow?
- Your internet speed may be great, but testing against the service in question's servers may yield interesting results. One can't compare points of presence from Netflix, Speedtest.net, etc simply because routing is different.
- Overlays render in different parts of the GPU for some programs. Xbox Game Bar for example can't be captured on Shadow.
- It's not a 3070. It's the same die in a workstation/server card. Nvidia restricts what MSPs can deploy in datacenter environments. If you want to enter into an agreement with them as a provider, you follow their rules.
- The Finals restricts virtual machines on their game.
- You have to complete all prerequisite Windows 10 updates and get into the rollout from Microsoft directly. Shadow doesn't do anything to keep you from running 11.
