Step 1 - go to pc.shadow.tech on browser
Step 2 - load into your Shadow
Step 3 - Shutdown Windows - like any other PC
Step 4 - Re-open Desktop App

If Web app doesn’t load, use Mobile App and go into the settings menu and issue shutdown
