I did contacted however support tends to answer within a few days wich does not match at all with my timelines.
Well, community cannot assist with this.. People are getting replies from Support today after then being closed for the weekend. So they will get back to you.
After so long time not comming with a direct method of communication seems to be a bit unprofessional
How so? Majority of services use Support tickets in email form..
Take an example Microsoft, that during this days, they replied me, for a tiny issue that I got ( Microsoft Rewards) after 3 days.
