High Latency & Pixelated Screen & Green Screen

Hi, I’m sometimes getting lots of pixels and sometimes not, and when I start my shadow PC a green screen shows up till I change the res, also high amount of latency. Any ideas? My internet speed is 300mbps

Which app are you running ? (Windows, Macos, linux, android, browser (official, beta, alpha)).
Which datacenter are you on ? (can find it in the help panel bottom) from the launcher
And which subscription plan do you have ?

Latency is fixed it’s just the pixels

which browser ? did you try on different one? I saw multilple people with the same issue (green pixels) but not sure about the solution

It was working for 3 days when I bought the subscription now it just shows the green screen when I start it up
