When i launch shadow it says "switching to original" and its loading something, its been over 30 mins and its still 0%

TLDR - Close Desktop app then;
Step 1 - go to pc.shadow.tech on browser
Step 2 - load into your Shadow
Step 3 - Shutdown Windows
Step 4 - Re-open Desktop App

You can reset your shadow via https://eu.shadow.tech/account/, on the Shadow PC tab > "Manage my subscription" Note: This doesn't clear additional storage and your Shadow PC should be shutdown before resetting.

Kinda nuclear option.. But there seems no other way for you to shutdown your shadow to get the update to succeed.. Try mobile though.
Actually you see if can shutdown via Beta or Alpha app
