I just got Shadow a few days ago. I paid for Boost gaming but checking the device manager, the PC only has a Quadro graphics card. The Boost is listed as having a 1080. How do I remedy this?

P5000 is the enterprise/workstation equivalent. Nvidia restricts consumer cards in datacenter environments so Shadow has to run Quadro cards to keep getting product from Nvidia.

Even Nvidia it self still advertise his consumer Gpus that still use on their cloud service, while in reality they use the workstation version, of the consumer version.
Anyway, yes, Shadow need, to have more transparency since the beginning ( put equivalent version ).
They use Nvidia L40G Gpu, when they advertise as Rtx4080
