Started loading the launcher around 11pm. (37mins ago) after following what the bot had asked me to do, i relaunched the client. However when proceeding to Start Shadow its showing me in the preview of the stream screen to "Select a keyboard layout" and then its just sat there. What should I do, it isn't any rush at this moment in time although tomorrow in the evening I'll be using it.

Yeah, the restart didn't help it, so you'll have to contact support to get them to do a refresh and get you unstuck.
