Well Steam does it every time. I think it is actually downloading the Phantom Liberty bit as it messedup with an error just now and then I got this

Downloading Content seems to be it downloading PL - Only it's cached on GFN and not on Shadow it seems. It's every time I want to play I have to sit and wait for the content to download

There's no Shadow cache anyway.

So I had this issue where the new patch from yesterday keeps downloading my game even though I already downloaded it. It keeps going from 14.4 gb to 7.2gb and so on and so forth. It doesnt seem to end. Got any solutions to my problem? Thanks in advanced

Yes - Just seems Shadow is crap. my cmputer does not do it and it just about plays it so i will use that from now on

CP is one of the most played games on Shadow. Yet you're the first one with this issue. Weird.

It's weird. It's like more a Steam problem. First time, that I saw this kind of problem.

I re-installed Shadow and steam. I can download the game and play PL -but then 30 mins later I get "downloading content" which takes 10 mins. I did the same thing on my mini PC and I downloaded it once.. and then when I go back to it I get cloud sync and then it opens. So it's for sure Shadow.
