It has been stuck like this for an hour and I have reinstalled it many times but it doesn't do anything but this.

try restarting your shadow that screen i think is updating your Shadow PC not your local PC

How do i restart my shadow?

Click back, go to the Help Panel (?) click Shutdown, wait for it to say Shadow is off, then wait 5 mins and try again.
