basically i am in the shadow pc sesion i have the boost plan and all of a sudden my streamer frozes cant restart or anything luckily i had the anydesk running on the shadow i ran that to see if the session is still on and session still perfectly fine but when i try to connect using the shadow it like its just stuck on shadow is ready

can i like restart the shadow streamer in the task manager or something

well i cant be doing that like this happens frequently

and i play like games that need me to be there cant restart

now it just turned off automatically

Then I suggest using the Send Logs button in the App launcher help panel. Copy the logs code into a Support ticket and explain the issue, so that it can be looked into.

got an error failed to send logs

the pc litterally restartedd and i stilll can connect with anydesk but not with shadow
