i get error code r-108 everytime i try to connect, either that or the unknown fault one.
and the few times it lets me connect there is no audio and i cant move the cursor

@gritty grail hit the :grey_question: then scroll down and hit Shutdown Shadow, wait 15-20 minutes then restart your client http://botrexford.shdw.info/reboot.gif

4 things to try. If none work, you'll have to contact support.

Reboot your local computer, try again.
The display safe mode button, upper right side of the launcher's help tab.
A forced shutdown.
The IPv4 option of the launcher.
