shadow constantly freezing every 30minutes or so

It can be any game, every 30 minutes it just freeze and it requires a shutdown to get it working again and then happens again every 30 minutes

any more details ? device / OS version your are using shadow on ? Game you are playing ? Wireless / Ethernet ? version of the app Official / Beta / Alpha ?

Same issue but it’s random. Win10, official. It will freeze no matter the game or app I’m using. Ethernet

Windows 11, im using a Lenovo ideapad and its also windows 11, playing on Ethernet. offical app, games im playing are league of legends, lost ark, black desert online, no mans sky, street fighter 6 and monster hunter world

you are using shadow official client right ? not parsec/steam streaming or any other streaming app ?

what is your ISP name and location ?

Idk what you mean by parsec/steam but I am using the official shadow app that I downloaded on the official shadow website

My ISP is virgin media located in the UK

Parsec and Steam streaming are application that can stream your shadow desktop but won't prevent your shadow from auto shutdown. On the other hand Shadow client will also auto shutdown if you are not active too, so question is, were you active on your shadow when it shutdowned ?

I was active and it would freeze the whole shadow pc and then I would have to shutdown the shadow pc to get it working again

Mid game it would just freeze randomly

I could still access the quick menu

But when I clicked stuff it wouldn’t respond forcing me to go to close it and shutdown the shadow pc cuz if I tried to go back in it wouldn’t load at all and would be stuck on starting shadow pc
