i cant even update a graphics driver i did all the downloading trying to put it back to shadow and it didnt work i tried to play firestorm ( secondlife) but it keep saying i need a graphics card but it dont wanna download some odd reason and it get me very sad i need help i did new account then it say this

Go to Device Manager on Shadow. On Display Adaptors. What is shown?

Chances are the GPU in this instance needs to be enabled, simple to do in Device Manager.

Or the GPU hasn't attached properly to the VM and you need to Shut the Shadow down for at least 10 mins.

That plan doesn't come with a GPU.

You need at least Boost/Standard to have a GPU

You will need to ask Support.. Although the Specs are listed while ordering so they might put it down to user error.
