If you used the Ready-To-Go setting when setting up your account, you may have an expired password notice approximately 1-3 months after activation. To resolve the issue leave the "Password" (first) field empty or blank, you'll be able to specify a new password or you can leave all three fields blank.

It’s still not letting me login. I’ve reset my password on the website but it still won’t let me login on my shadow pc. It keeps saying password incorrect if I put in my old password, new password, and leaving it blank. Please help.
The Windows password isn't your Shadow password.
When you get Shadow, the Windows password is blank.
Even when leaving it blank it does not work
Then you changed it at one point.
