c /windows/system32.werui.dll is either not designed to run on windows
Been doing this crash loop back off for about 24hours now and the system is in an unuseable state.
I can log into the shadow but then Immediately it brings up the error message, screen goes gray and no input is taken after that. I can restart just to get the same problem

Never saw this issue on Shadow.
You'll have to contact support so they can take a look.
Or reset your Shadow if you have nothing important on it.

I could potentially do a reset and start fresh not much there I can't reinstall
Is that done through the launcher or through the web ui?
If it needs to be done from the instance I might not be able to get commands to be run
