#cant connect to shadow (error)

apparently a lot of people are having this issue right now, including myself. I was just playing a game and it lagged so hard it crashed. When i tried to reboot it gave me the same error code. dont bother with making a ticket honestly because their support staff is non existant and they dont get back to people anyways. I've been a subscriber for 2 years almost and not once when I have made a ticket has any of their "support" replied to my "ticket." feel like it just goes into an inbox somewhere and sits there forever. Best bet is to just wait for them to deploy a fix.

Theres no live chat, its an AI Bot. Theres literally no ticket system, more of a complaints box that goes unanswered.
Support always answer. Always.
There's an issue with your support account if they don't.

Yeah its like throwing paper into a waste can.. Just because you make a ticket, doesnt mean it gets answered. I have never had a ticket answered EVER in two years.

So create another ticket. Say you don't get support's answers nor confirmation emails.
And give the right email address.

Contact support so they fix your account. They have probably an older email address.

I don't think you should ever tell a person to not contact support just because it doesn't work for you
Its not just me, take a look online. Theres a million sources out there from others saying they can't get ahold of support
You're not the first one to have this issue with support. I told you how to fix this. Do what you want with it.
Shadow PC is amazing. No Support. No way to get ahold of support, and the only place you can receive this mythical thing called "Support" is by people in their discord who are too busy kissing the companys a** to see any real problems. 🙂
