what support? they never answer.
They answer, only than sometimes they can take a few more time, but they always answer
They didn’t answer you a ticket?
Its currently 6am with no response from support I sent my ticket yesterday around 9am

I'm just frustrated because i haven't been able to get on the shadow for a day and still no word from support...

Can take up to two days. Maybe even three these days.
is that the waiting time now? I've had this issue before and it took support 30 mins to an hour to fix it after emailing support.
It seems there are time with more delay before the answer. It's one of those times.
As long as you got the automated email confirming the ticket's creation, you just have to wait.
Thats fair. just trying to enjoy video games this weekend before going to work. just sucks.
What I did was I loaded up the mobile app, started the stream from there, then disconnected my phone and connected on my laptop.
It starts the stream if you do that
